XBL Down?

I had my console on all night and never had any issues with it...

...granted I wasn't actually using it at the time, so there's that.

 

Well if you can tell me how to deactiveate this guys account from my xbox then please share. As I can't seem to even see his account on there. As soon as I plugged it in and updated it I did do a format. When I saw FIFA on there when I first turned it on
I did format it. Which as you can see did not work. I would message the guy if I knew his gametag.

Also Ghosts before replying please actually read. Where did I say all the games I own are his? The only game that was on the system when I got it was FIFA. Dead rising, Forza are disc games so how on earth are they his games? KI I downloaded on my account.

Edit: DJ this is my account and has been my account since I created it back in 2005. To sum this all up. 2 months ago I bought a second hand Xbox One. I set it up I updated it and put my account on it. I noticed FIFA was on there so I clicked on
install. After installing it I played it. I went on Ultimate Team I made a team I tried playing online and I could. I then asked on here why this was. People suggested the previous owner must of set it as his primary xbox. I formated the xbox. FIFA was still
there. I recovered my account again. I again installed fifa as it was still there. Again it worked online. So am at a loss on how to remove his account.

 

I have been a XBL member since it started, I cant remember the last time it went down...

MS and XBL have a brilliant track record, if it went down it was for a good reason

 

Never went down for me once or the people in my party

 

same i was on need for speed. and sorry ocelot i didnt see ur post till after i replied. i understand where u r coming from but i dont get it tbh i mean his gold would be with his gamertag so i dont get how its working for urs

 

Cause said person still had an active gold probably has a 360 never got another x1. I can't say I wouldn't do the same as ocelot lol. Use it as long as ya can I say.

Ghostz both next gen consoles have a feature. Where if one account has gold on a console any other account on the same console does not need gold/ps+ in order to play online. So am 99% certain who ever owned this console before me didn't deactivate his account
from the console. Instead he probably just formatted it before he sold it. Hence why FIFA is still on there as it is tied to this console for as long as his account is activated on it.

 

Not a big soccer fan but should i invest in some fifa? lol kinda been wanting to play a soccer game lately for some reason.

 

Sure if you have any interest in soccer/football then it is easy enough to pick up and play I suppose.

 

Yeah i want to do like a dynasty or whatever but i usually suck at keeping my players on my team from leaving...remember this from the last fifa game i bought a few years ago.
