Haven't been there myself and still find it a ridiculously stupid and somewhat flawed feature. Surely paying for the insurance of ones vehicle would be sufficient punishment. After all it is GTA and that behavior is to be expected, we all know that, so if

You remind me of some of the people in, the now dissolved Mass Effect RP group in Second Life, where, even if you looked at them for more than a second, they'd file a complaint, find various excuses and then acting like they're scarred for life.

I can say from experience that I have dealt with a few annoying people in chat. Mainly twelvies that won't shut the hell up. I simply mute them and I know they can hear me so when my other freinds say that I'm not responding to said person, I take a perverse
pleasure in making sure they know why. Sometimes I will cop an apology from the person but if not then I just leave them muted. Try it sometime. Another solution is to leave said party.

 

FH, that seems like it's a passive-aggressive response to me. You just passively referenced my actions as "being silly" and have inherently judged me yourself. What I did I did because I made a decision that felt right to me - nothing more and nothing less

Goatsnatcher, the foul language was only a part of it. The individual in question was, without a doubt, a racist (and he was admittedly proud of that fact), and I will not stand for that on Xbox Live. Why are you guys all making this about me? Seriously!?

If you want to know what I think about the topic. I think the options that are in place a perfectly fine. Clearly you feel they are inadequate for your way of doing things. Guess not all are so sensitive about thing we hear in the cyber world!
