Xbl comms ban from ark

Good evening.

I was wondering if anyone could help. I have already had a comms ban for 24hrs with out knowing what I have supposed of done. Which ruined my unblemished record with xbl.

I got a few messages today off several people to find out that a load of people that play on the same game have also incurred to same ban as me... Unfortunately none of us can find out what is exactly going.

I was wondering if a ticket could be openned to find out why loads of us are getting comms bans... =(

Hopefully something can be done. Because I am getting extremely upset about it all

I know none of the enforcement team are on here. Hense why I am asking about a ticket to get this all resolved

I completely understand why we have an enforcement team... But it seems about strange that all of us have incurred these bans one after the other and the only game we all play is ark

I contacted them directly they lift my ban. But they also gave me a case review to give to the ambassador team...

'The only possible way is to file a case review. But since this is not a option for now is fully document your request and provide you a service request number: (blanket for obvious reasons) and contact the ambassador team'

Well that is an odd response as the ambassadors do not have the approriate permissions to look at anything to do with the enforcements

Can you reply back and tell them that? I have not head of anything about ambassadors getting involved in case reviews ever

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

I have already sent a case review this is why im mad because they havent done anything do help even though they are in the wrong
