    Are they using computer recognition to hand out suspensions now? And how long does a review take?

    I was playing an MMO and sent a msg to ~ four people in the same instance as me to group up for an activity and sent a game invite - then suddenly, I was suspended for comms. So weird, I don't understand how/what I did as the "reason" is not specified on
    the enforcement.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions. Reviews
    can take a while all depends on what they need to investigate.



    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

    First problem is you assume way too much.



    There are no "moderators" of XBL.



    The only ones that take action against an Account for a Violation of the CoC/ ToU are the XBL Policy Enforcement Team.



    You cannot speak with the XBL PET.



    Calling someone a "noob" is not a Violation of the CoC/ ToU... you noob (jk)...

    will modding mess up your profile?

    The only thing it could do to your profile is get it banned. That would be breaking the CoC so I would suggest not doing it. Unless you want to take the risk of loosing you profile to xbl for CoC.

    XBL support doesn't even understand the CoC I don't think. They really need to be focused with some better training IMO.
