XBL Account Can't Connect To Multiplayer for 9 Days...

Since October 31st, I've been unable to play any of my multiplayer games on xbl. I've called xbl and contacted them through live support on here every day and have been told that I should give it 24 hours to work itself out or wait for quick response or
escalation to contact me. No one has contacted me. The problem still exists. I sent photos of the error messages, spent over 4 hours on the phone with microsoft tier one support "troubleshooting" and I'm still not getting help with this issue.

This is an account specific issue. All of the accounts, except my gt, on my xbox one
can access multiplayer games. My gt gets disconnected or won't connect at all to Halo 5 or ESO. I only have access to non-multiplayer games, xbl parties and messages.

My upload speed is 12.83, download speed is 93 and my NAT is open. I tested my multiplayer and it says, "I'm all good." My account is not suspended, nor am I on a banned box. I can access all non-multiplayer games and use Netflix, messages and xbl parties.
Port forwarding is disabled and DMZ is open.

I've been through these things daily with xbl customer support and yet I'm still not getting this issue resolved. Tier one claims they have no idea how to reach an escalation team even though I've submitted emails from that department that fixed this issue
for me August 22, 2016. The last time this happened my account was broken for over 20 days! Finally, the issue was resolved by the escalation team signing into my account and taking me out of a "security loop." The process took less than 15 minutes. I
don't understand why it takes so many days to get ahold of this department. Can someone please fix my account TODAY????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Fixed? I can't connect to XBL since 3 1/2 days now (tried it 10 minutes ago), same error...

Since two days i can't connect to XBL.

Connection to Internet stands. No problem there. Tested more than few times.

XBL status: alert. When will it be solved?

 

It's now been 12 days and no response and or fix to my problem. Thursday, I was hung up on by microsoft and when i called back i was kept on the phone for over 6 hours going through troubleshooting that i've already done. I have asked repeatedly
to have this issue escalated and it seems impossible. Why does no one reply here? 12 days of my account being broken and 2 days here with no response.
