Well kudos to you locking the previous thread forcing me to open a new one.

As stated by your underling, he stated "...pausing THEN..." - you know as in continuation. Please educate people on the particular cadence of their speech.

Also there is no prompt stating that you can lose the installed version of your game if you pause or cancel.

This only exists in your mind.

So, no s/he wasnt correct in their reply. And you are not correct, I can provide a screen shot if u like, although it is hard to prove a negative.

So in continuation, due to the way your team has handled this bug, it has directly affected my ability to play a game I paid for and your reply is, well stay offline (which affects my other games) or turn off auto updates, which again affects my ability
to play other games.

Could you provide me with contact information to submit a complaint - and not no bs link for an idea how to handle this particular bug because the idea is, the microsoft team shouldn't be allowed to delete games that I paid for from my console without my
consent
