XB1X Storage issues

Hi, I have the Xbox One X. I currently have a Microsoft licensed Seagate 4TB External HDD. Last Saturday I turned on my Xbox and went to "My Games and Apps". I noticed it said I had 61 titles "ready to install" The thing is that
all of my games have been downloaded long ago as I regularly add toy digital collection. So my "Games" count in the "My Games and Apps" section should be 103 games. For some reason my games went from ready to play to ready to install. Yet my storage still
reads 3.1TB free 27.6% used. I ended up formatting the External HDD & reinstalling Every game. Which on Comcast wifi still took 7 days. So, im off work today and I turn on my Xbox to see the same thing. The Xbox is telling me that I have 32 games installed,
61 ready to install and 10 Gold games to install. Same issue I had the other week. Where are my games! Why does my HDD still say 27.6% used! Someone please help!

What games play on xb1x

hi son wants an xb1x he has 360 just now. What games play on xb1x? He is wanting hello neighbour but it’s for Xbox one xb1x enhanced. Please can someone advise if Xbox one games will work in Xbox 1x.

Been playing on my xbs and today tried the xb1x ... After doing soft factory reset i was prompted to install update which i did and except for internet connection and external harddrive everything worked. Xb1x is the problem deck, fustrated i reset trying
to see if that may help but then my controller would not power on. So then i powered down deck turned on deck later and then controller worked. :s The internet connection takes upto a couple minutes to engage. Even though xb1x says it is conected in the test
connection. Lastly the external hard drive is not being dected, I tried all 3 USB ports and no dection (i.e. No mention of drive in storage) but it does have power on light so its getting power just the xb1x is not decting it. As I said before the deck worked
fine until it was updated.

If you have money to Take a XB1X I suggest you taked a XB1X

I have the issue also.I tried three different controllers.

XB1X. Elite controller. Started yesterday.

Any help out there....?
