That is something to check into,
and you can find how to get to those settings here, but I don't know it's the culprit. The screen time limits wouldn't just power the system down, but present a message saying that time is up, with the option for the parent to add more time.

Did you have a chance to test if it's having the same issues when plugged into a different outlet or something else plugged into that outlet?

I would recommend plugging it into a different outlet and see if it continues to happen at 0350. Maybe test at a different location at that time as well to see if it's an issue with the power in your building causing this issue. Maybe test a digital clock
on that outlet and see if it resets at 0350 as well? Parental controls mentioned earlier are definitely worth checking out, as well, as a possible culprit.

Also, when you say it shuts down, does it turn off and require you to power it back up, or does it restart?

Have you tried to reset the power supply and see if that helps ? To do this unplug the power cord from the backof the console, wait 10 seconds and put the cord back in .

Then turn on using the xbox button on the console? 👍

Look in the parental settings see if a timer is set to shut the Xbox down, or your Xbox power supply is connected to a timer plug, more likely the parental setting
