The best way to try and resolve this is by uninstalling the game. You then want to clear local saved data. To do that : Go to settings. All settings, System, Storage, Delete local saved games. When the system restarts try installing the game again.
Hopefully that fixes things.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help.

First remove the disc from the console. To uninstall the BFV tile from your game library open up My Games & Apps and under your installed games, hover over the tile and press the Menu button (3 horizontal lines) and select Uninstall. Once the game is removed,
go ahead and do a hard restart and power cycle
to the console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and wait 60 seconds before turning on the Xbox.

After the Xbox reboots, go into your game library and make sure you don't see any tile for BFV in the installed section. Then go ahead and insert the disc to start the installation for the full game while connected to the network. Keep and eye on the installation,
if a pop up appears referring to an update for the game, make sure to cancel the request and save the update for later once the full game installs.

Thanks for that but it didn't work but I got another sent to me that worked. You remove your home console ,then restart your xbox and login to the game .you can make it your home xbox after you game is loaded and working 👍

Hi, did you actually get to launch the game at all ? With these EA access trials if you don't quit the game from the home screen the timer keeps running, that then uses up your allowed 10hrs trial.
