    I received a new modem and router yeaterday (F@st5280 router, Spectrum service). Initially I could play multi-player games fine, but began to see lag and teleporting characters. After a few hours, I was disconnected from servers and can no longer connect to any online games whatsoever. I called my ISP and we ran through all my settings, tests, rebooted, refreshed router. Everything appears good on their end. They suggested it's an Xbox issue, and I needed to call Xbox Support about opening ports. Unfortunately , xbox support automation says.... this category/question isn't supported for calls or any other help from Xbox. Sigh. So I can only ask the Xbox community for advice it seems. On previous modem/router combo I had from Spectrum , I experienced no issues. But had to upgrade, they said, to accommodate higher bandwidth services.

    I have no special/custom setup in Xbox for connection to router/wifi. It's all on Auto. I can connect to the router /wifi. Xbox say connection is good. My speed tests are good, and my NAT type is Open. Yet, I have a whopping 97-98% packet loss at all times, no change since about 12am last night.

    Thank you in advance for your assistance. If you have a phone number for Xbox that I can get through to a human being, or an Xbox Support personnel can reach out to me, that'd be great.

    Xbox One HIGH Packet loss

    In XBOX One, if you had no problems before and it was working, then likely the high packet loss is solely a problem in the console. I have a business class connection for example-- 0% packet loss, and about 10-12ms on any server . Yesterday, my XBOX one
    (plugged into the same network, in the same was as every other server here-- wired, not wireless) was 0% @ 73ms. Today, it's 78% packet loss at 83ms, while the server next to it is 0% packet loss @ 10-12ms.

    But today, I can't login due to xbox live core signup issues-- which tells me the packet loss indicator is tied to 'phone home' or some other mechanism tied to their core. The high packet loss value is therefore erroneous.

    My xbox series s is not connecting to the network. It gives an error message of HUENEME-CONCORD

    The xbox will load games but will not connect to online servers. Can't connect to any multi player online servers.

    Tested With the other account and it does not work.

    Xbox one keeps disconnecting from xbox live.

    Download speed is 175.48

    Upload speed is 11.67

    Packet loss is 0%

    I don't get an error code or message when i test multi-player connections. It usually says its all good.

    The console is out in the open, in that its in an entertainment center but not locked away, its on an outside shelf. I suspect that strength might be part of it and also the latency between me and the MSFT servers. My last multi-player test indicated 20%
    packet loss.
