XB1 wired connection not recognized?

Hello, well last night for some reason, my XB1 kicked me off the internet and said I have to set up a wireless network. I have tried 2 other verified good ethernet cables but the XB1 will not recognize them either. Using the wireless connection to play BF4
is hopeless,lol. I have powered down, restarted, etc with no success. Any ideas??

Issues with Streaming Xbox One to Windows 10 PC

forgot to say, also had a wired connection for the xb1 and wireless for the tablet

changed the xb1 to wirelsss - no change

 

Xbox One can't detect wifi

My Xb1 can't find any wifi networks. Wired connection is the only way for me to connect. Every now and then my xb1 can use wifi, but it doesn't last long. It always ends up disconnecting and not finding networks again. How do I fix this?

Sorry to hear about this.

While I cannot help you regarding this situation since you have tried resetting both console and modem as you mentioned. You'll need to provide us what type of modem you are using than we perhaps can probably assist us further on what we can do to help you
walk through.

Please try the following.

• Hard reset, unplug your Xbox One Power supply for 30 seconds and try again. As well your modem so that both are refreshed.
  
• Check out the sticky threads on the forums, be sure to fill out and post it here and we'll be able to help you further.
