    Tried to [delete xbox profile from console --> power cycle the console --> add back the xbox profile]. Problem persist.

    But then I tried something and the streaming worked again (at least for now).

    So, around 10 years ago I created my xbox live account with an email, say *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. All these years I used this email to login my XB360 and XB1.

    Few years ago I bought a Surface Pro 3 so I created a new Microsoft account which has an email, say *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and use this Microsoft account for the notebook.

    I forgot how but somehow Microsoft consolidated the two accounts for me. Even though I login my Xboxes with *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, some xbox-related emails from Microsoft (e.g. replies from the xbox support team) were sent to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

    Last year just before the July2016 deadline I upgraded my PC from Win7 to Win10, then I began to use my Microsoft account on the Win10 PC. I forgot which email I used to add the account to my PC, but the Win10 Xbox app displayed my xbox gamertag LapsonHK
    correctly, and the XB1 streaming features worked fine until recently.

    So what I did today was [delete xbox profile from console --> power cycle the console --> add back the xbox profile] again. But this time when adding back the xbox profile, I used *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** to login. It took much much longer for xbox to add the xbox profile
    (the loading icon spun for more than 10 minutes), but at the end the profile was added back and the streaming worked again.

    I am not sure if the problem is solved. Because in these few weeks, the streaming worked sometimes, it just didn't work most of the time. So I will test the streaming features again later to be more certain.

    But my conclusion is, it seemed somewhen in the latest Windows updates or Xbox system updates or xbox server-side changes, Microsoft changed the program logic of how to identify a Microsoft/Xbox account.

    I believe that's their server side problem, but they never try to fix it.

    I am not sure if the problem is solved. Because in these few weeks, the streaming worked sometimes, it just didn't work most of the time. So I will test the streaming features again later to be more certain.
    Tested again today. the streaming works.

    They are connected to the same network, as I mentioned in my original post.

    Followed the first link, the troubleshooter said my Windows Store cache may have been corrupted, but it could not fix it. (you can refer to the below screenshot)

    Followed the second link, no new update to download. All apps are up-to-date.

    I have exactly the same problem. Also tried all the suggestions provided in the link given by " ValuableNomad90-Official Support". I have also tried to delete my profile and re-added it, didn't work. And I am sure all my software are up to date. I can no
    longer stream my Xbox One game from my Xbox one S to my Window 10 PC. Every time I try to do it, this message appears " To continue , sign in on your console using this account" despite the fact that I have already done so. I was able to stream my games a
    few weeks ago. Is it a bugs in the recent update that is causing this failure? Can you guys fix it or give me a solution?
