xb1 start up takes forever, green screen even longer

so i went to play my xbox and it didnt connect to my tv, i thought it was a hdmi issue, but it turns out it takes such a long time to get to the xbox logo green screen (about 7 minutes). I waited, no word of a lie, 35 minutes for it to show me an error
code, now heres the problem, hard restart doesnt work (clearing cache or whatever), ive seen vids on youtube on how to dl the factory reset file onto usb, then do the whole thing of holding down the buttons (bind and eject). the code is e200 000000ef 00000000.
i checked and it basically said tyo send it in for repair. i dont want to have to buy a new one, and want to hold off on sending it to repair. any suggestions?

    thanks kindly

    :)

can't even go on settings to do anything. Nothing loads and everything takes too long to start.

    Please help

  3. any tips for xbox one setup?

The first xbox loading screen takes forever( the green one with the xbox one logo)! Be patient and don't shut it down, it'll mess everything up. It lasts so long I thought my xbox froze

Ive checked the internet and everything Ive found says to do what you've already done, ie download the factory reset file onto a USB stick etc.

If you've done all of that I would say your final options are:

    1: Buy a new Xbox One S

2: Send yours in for repair

Sorry I couldn't help you more.

haha i have also come to this conclusion, i mean i would try the usb, but my xb1 takes so long that holding the buttons for 7 odd minutes for it to start up, there's no way i'd get the 2 beeps i need.

also i like your final answers, it made me chuckle xb1 start up takes forever, green screen even longer :p

Full factory reset basically wipes your xbox completley so you would have to install all your games again but a small price to pay if it was to work (I'm not saying it's going to but just an idea for you to try)
