    XB1 Smartglass Connectivity Issue


    It appears my SmartGlass apps whether it's on my iPhone or my iPad continue to disconnect from my Xbox one causing me to have to reconnect over and over again... It's never a solid connection it always breaks this creates a hassle when using companion feature.
    Sorry for any typos grammatical errors or punctuation errors I am using voice recognition on my iPad!

    Can't get smartglass to connect

    I'm trying to connect my Smartglass while playing,but it isn't finding my Xbox. I have it set to connect to any Smartglass device in the settings. Does anyone have any additional advice? Both the XB1 and my iPad Smartglass app are signed in under the same Xbox account.

    Smartglass Won't Load IOS

    Update: 3rd April XB1 Smartglass patch - no fix, still crashes....

    Please give the "team investigating the issue" a kick up the ... !

    XB1 Smartglass Connectivity Issue

    Sounds like an issue with the energy saving settings. Check the "stay active" option in the settings of Smartglass itself and also check the energy settings of your Apple devices.

    Is all network activity affected or only the connection to your One?
