Is your Xbox recognizing your network? When you try to connect what's the exact error message you are receiving?

Turtle Beach use all the 2.4GHz Channels & that is the major problem with their WiFi Headsets... They should add the option to select certain WiFi channels on the 2.4GHz Band...

40Hz Channels can also help if the router isn't set to Auto & you select a channel that is segregated from what the headset has decided to use & it can improve your WiFi Internet Connection too, as you have double the Bandwidth...

all of a sudden, my XBox also didn't see my Wifi any more Other WIFI networks it detected. Repeated reset of XBox and Router didn't help.

Then I started WiFi Analyzer on the PC. The router was on auto-channel and had picked 2.4GHz channel 13. As I live in Europe that's fine. However, we moved from the US and only recently changed the region for the XBox from USA. In North America, 2.4GHz only
has channels 1-11. After I fixed the WIFI-channel of the router to 11, by magic the XBox could connect again.

I see that the Xbox One console opens WIFI hotspots like a router through my Windows 10 notebook and WIFI Analyzer software, varying the channel and frequency (2.4GHz or 5GHz), but when the frequency becomes 2.4GHz the connection with the remote I fell and this is still interfering with my internet access point at home.
