XB1 RB faulty?

    My right bumper button has quit working. It doesn't make clicking sound and it falls into the down ward position but it does not even register betting down. I have been a very loyal customer since the original Xbox and have always enjoyed the service, games,
    and equipment. I really hope that something can be done to fix this, please and thank you

    XB1 RB faulty?

    So I didn't get the one day shipping, meaning I got my XB1 yesterday. So as I'm opening up everything the first things I check out are the kinect 2.0 and the controller 3.0. As I'm pressing all the buttons I notice my RB is significantly more loose than
    the LB. I think 'eh no problem I can deal' unfortunately it is not just a cosmetic issue, playing in game (AC4) even when I have the button pressed it will kick out of the action as if I let go the button. Any one else have any issues with their controllers?
    I really don't want to buy a whole new controller and have this one just be a paper weight with day 1 in the middle of it. I know MS is replacing consoles but are they replacing accessories as well?

    My A button is not responding sometimes and is sticking too I got the Day One edition. I hope they can fix this, I shouldn't have too go through this early as it is.

    Hi Shinryu,

    There have been some faulty controllers sent out. Can you test the trigger in the menu or another game? If it's not functioning in those locations, then it's probably a bad controller. It's under warranty, so you can request a replacement at the link below.
    If you don't want to wait, and only have one controller I would suggest purchasing a second remote while you current one gets replaced.

    They say they are replacing...accessories are 90 day warranty, console is 1 year.

    I had a RB problem with my original controller that came with the console. Nothing noticeable to the touch...felt the same as the LB button, but would intermittently not respond. (No RB button isn't crippling in BF4, but pretty annoying). After a couple
    weeks the problem progressed until there was no response at all.

    I was planning on buying a second controller anyways...did so and it works fine. Had to have been a controller issue. Sent it in 6 days ago for replacement...arrived at a Texas facility on Monday. Hopefully all works out in good time!
