    XB1 PREVIEW HELP


    My Xbox is completely annihilated by these previews. I couldn't access the app to cancel it, sat on support call forever and they couldn't tell me anything. It's these terrible beta updates I thought would be half decent, i factory reset and now I CANNOT
    sign in, hard reset, etc, nothing works. The Private Forum says group not found and I know for a fact I have received beta updates. Someone PLEASE direct me to getting rid of this terrible program because my Xbox is virtually worthless at this point and I
    cannot for the life of me cancel it on my own.

    There is no Preview Program tab on the XB1 dashboard. There is a Preview Program app with quests, surveys, and other important info available though.
