XB1 Preview - Box wont work anymore

Hello,

Im on the XB1 dashboard preview.

I hadn't been on in a while and missed the option to opt out of this preview stuff. So when i booted up, the new preview/dashboard installed.

That first day it did it, i think tuesday or wednesday of last week, i downloaded the Ghost Recon beta, hoping to play it this weekend.

Come to tonight, i finally get 5 min to try it out, and my box wont work.

Issue: XB1 loads into dashboard, after my GT logs in, it tells me im not connected to XBL, i click on the button, it freezes

Unplugged network, move to the "left" on the dashboard, try to bring up options, it freezes.

Try to bring up an offline game, it freezes.

I have rebooted every which way, i tried to load into the troubleshooter with help form chat support, the troubleshooter wont load, and the box just keeps freezing.

Chat support is telling me to try and install the software from the site, so im going to try that now, but i can't tell what OS i have, since, well this stupid thing wont work anymore.....so i had to hit NO on all the questions....

So annoyed and aggravated...

moving battlefield 4 to xbox one

I think its a one time deal, but I heard if you move to XB1, stats wont count on the 360 anymore.

XBox One Smartglass Remote Functionality Inop across Multiple platforms

XB1 Smartglass app was worked on all my devices (Win8 Phone, Win 8.1, and Nexus 7 Tab), but this morning my remote buttons wont work within Smartglass. Smartglass will launch my apps, and adjust my volume, but none of the emulated remote buttons work i.e
A, B,X, Y Home, etc. Not sure what has happened. It's connected to my XB1, I can launch apps, see achievements, etc, only the remote doesn't work anymore.

Any clue as to why this would happen?

Alright, after having some fun again because everything was working fine i turned on my XB1 today and it told me that i have to download and install an update. After i did it my XB1 don't have the preview update and i can't test backwards compatible games
anymore. Is it because i pressed the un-enroll button which i couldn't cancel? what was everything working fine and now not anymore???

I'm having this issue too. I have an X1 Comcast box. I got my XB1 back in April. This issue only started for me after the dashboard update.

There is no specific "it happens every ____", it just happens. What I've found to fix it (and this is going to sound dumb, but it's the only thing I've consistently found to work. Hard resetting the cable box only got me to the "We're setting up your cable
box" screen until it freezes again. Power cycling the XB1 also did not work for me) is to unplug the HDMI cable from the cable box to the XB1 and then plug it in to a different input on the TV and then (this is important) to actually change the input to the
input the cable box is in (this is also how I figured out it wasn't my box and it was instead my XB1). Then, plug the cable back into the XB1, and then switch the input on the TV back to the XB1. Sometimes it takes a cycle or two of doing that and for the
TV to stay on the non-XB1 input for a little bit.

Not sure why...but it just works that way.

And for the love of god get this fixed. The troubleshooter did not help at all.
