    XB1 Media Server


    I currently have my XB1 set up to stream from my PC over the WiFi however it becomes juttery and stalls during some of the higher res type files. I have now connected it via Ethernet but short of pulling the wifi from my PC every time I want to stream it
    seems to default to connect via the network rather than hardwire.

    Any way to prevent this other than killing the PC WiFI every time?

    Greetings...

    Does the XB1 Media Player support MP4's ? It sees the WMV files on my Media Server, but not the MP4's.

    Media player only plays half of 3D movies

    When I open a 3D movie 8 (sbs or oa, doesn't matter) from media server, I only see 2D (like one of the sides is playing). I tested on my pc and the media server sends both pictures, I only experience this when playing on XB1. So far 1 out of 5 played correctly.
    In the thumbnail, The thumbnails looks good tough.

    Play To disappearing

    I had trouble even pushing a video stream to XB1 using Play To. I abandoned the Play To approach and now use the new Media Player app to stream files to the XB1. With Media Player, you can browse and select your video library without leaving XB1.
