XB1: Madden Online - Network Timeout.

I've been playing madden online quite a while now and never had an issue. I recently moved to another house and decided to upgrade my internet to the fastest possible speeds with my provider COX. Ever since I started playing at the new house, I have been
getting NETWORK TIMEOUT every game I play...I notice small spikes of lag.

Do you know of any possible way to get this fixed? I Have tried to open all the ports required.

PROVEN SOLUTION TO EXCESSIVE NETWORK TIMEOUTS

HERE IS THE SOLUTION TO NETWORK TIMEOUTS] If you are getting excessive network timeouts, your router is not compatible with Madden (for reasons unknown or not admitted by EA). If you have a router/modem all in one, YOU MUST REPLACE IT WITH A MODEM ONLY.
This is what's causing the issues. I have had ALOT of network timeouts in Madden 13, and have tried everything. THIS WORKS!!

HERE IS THE SOLUTION TO NETWORK TIMEOUTS] If you are getting excessive network timeouts, your router is not compatible with Madden (for reasons unknown or not admitted by EA). If you have a router/modem all in one, YOU MUST REPLACE IT WITH A MODEM ONLY.
This is what's causing the issues. I have had ALOT of network timeouts in Madden 13, and have tried everything. THIS WORKS!!

I have the same ISP and i've had that issue also. I recommend connecting directly to your modem if at all possible. Also, checking your network details to see your upload and download speeds, latency and signal strength might help

A MODEM ONLY. This is what's causing the issues. I have had ALOT of network timeouts in Madden 13, and have tried everything. THIS WORKS!!

FROM YOUR ISP. This is causing the issues. I have had ALOT losses due to network timeouts in Madden 13 (154 to be exact), and have tried everything. THIS WORKS!! I have played over 40 games without getting one network timeout since doing this. You are going
to have to purchase a router separately, but this solves your problem. I also directly connect my system (PS3 or Xbox) directly to the modem.

wow they cant even get timeouts right lol, glad i waited and decided not to purchase this, i honestly havent purchased a madden game in at least 8 years because I dislike EA and nobody else competes with them for an NFL football game...I thought monopolies
were against the US constitution anyways how is the NFL getting away with only selling its rights to one company and nobody else being able to compete?

Yes, my system is doing it too. Can't figure why it's doing it so let me know if you figured it out.
