XB1 lagging & gamerpics lost

Hi,

I have some issues with my XB1 for about a week now (I have the impression that it's there since the last sw update, but I'm not fully sure). The issues are the following:

-console became very slow. Starts up with the same speed as before, but when I go to the side menu (its speed is ok) and try to select user, getting into the user list takes around 30-40 seconds. Also getting the password input screen after selecting the
user takes a much longer time than before.

-kinect became slower. Earlier it has recognized me in a few seconds after the console started up (after the green screen), now it takes 2-5 minutes

-gamerpics and background colors lost. I tried to set them again, but they get lost again right after I set them

Interestingly, after 5-10 minutes of using the console it gets somehow faster, but changing user stays still very slow, and the whole console OS feels like being much slower than a week before.

I tried all kind of resets without any result, but it's not surprising as I disconnect the console from the power source after use anyway.

Any idea?

Yeah, Lost Kauz it correct.. Gamerpics are in-game unlockable content & not a download etc..

PARTY LAG/DISCONNECT

ever since the kinect update partys have been lagging out ever more than before and loading gamertags and gamerpics is really slow. WHY?

Gamerpics on the 360 are 64 pic by 64 pic. The XB1 gamerpics are 1080p it like 1920 pic by 1080 pics. And you do not want the 360 ones. If a you send a message to a friend or famliy. Or log on the XB1. And they are on there XB1. The pic show is not leagble
for them to see who you are. So it better have the one gamerpic in the long run. Because it seeable for them to know who you are.

Click you profile on XB1 dashboard. Then go to my profile. It be on the bottom right corner where your XB1 gamerpic is.

It seems like the Avatars, gamerpics, and themes are completely gone. Avatars have all but been forgotten on the XB1 and the gamerpics/theme colors are just there. Actually quite disappointing.

TiVo Premiere works great with XB1. The XB1, however, seems to lag on occasion when changing channels.
