    XB1 Keeps Connecting and Disconnecting Every 10-15 seconds!


    I really, really need help.

    This all started after I installed the most recent update. I hadn't played in a couple months, and when I saw the weekend stuff for Destiny I turned on the box and was prompted for the update. After I did so, I found that I couldn't connect to the Destiny
    servers.

    At first I thought it was just the Holiday rush. But I noticed that my Xbox kept connecting, then disconnecting. I tried doing a factory reset, but it told me it could not do a full wipe unless I was connected. I commenced anyway and the problem is still
    persisting. So now I have an Xbox One with no games, and can't stay online long enough to redownload my games.

    I really need help. I went through everything. My internet is not the problem. I have other devices such as the Wii U and PS4 hooked up and there's no problem. I tried a wired connection as well and the problem persists.

    thanks ranger. thats what i thought because all my other devices are operating fine with no problems whatsoever and if it was related to my equipment i would have experienced problems elsewhere. big thumbs down for microsoft (again)

    Xbox one controller cuts out/disconnects

    No solution until nox!

    The connection is disconnected every 10-15 seconds. Waiting for the next update or contact the service? It is getting on my nervs.

    There were numerous and long threads here on the forums, just a while ago, concerning problems with Talk Talk service.

    You may want to do a search on the forum here for posts with the term Talk Talk in it.

    I KNOW YOU SAID NO MORE TS, BUT TO BE HONEST YOU DID WAY TOO MUCH, RESET YOUR MODEM AND/OR ROUTER TO ITS FACTORY DEFAULTS. THEN FOLLOW THESE STEPS I PROMISE IT WILL WORK K.

    Troubleshooting Cure all for live connectivity,

    First thing first are your Ports open for Xbox Live, if not open them, TCP 80, 3074, & 53 also UDP 88, 3074, & 53. once that is done, go to you system setting, storage and press "Y" when you have yoour Internal memory/HD is selected and clear the system
    cache twice in a row. turn off your console, unplug your modem and router wait 30 second plug in modem then andother 30 second plug in router once all lights are on go to you console and go to your network configuration (where you would tes tthe xbox live
    connection) and restore to factory defaults, ***this will help your consoel to register any changes to your router configuration*** you will then need to restart your console and re-enter your WEP passphrase (the password for you internet if you have one)
    and you should be able to connect. If you are having any further issues call Customer support and let them know that you have done all of this, It may be that you will need to contact your Internet Service Provider. be sure when you test the connection the
    very last time that if you get an error that you write it down or have it up when you call

    Set your modem/router back to factory settings and put uPnP on. That should be enough for at least a wired connection. Tell me (in this topic please) how you are doing. I'm not saying can help you but I'm willing to try to solve the problem and thinning
    with you. But please............ CAPS LOCK? try to avoid it. It does not making you calm and i need that to think with you! Are you WITH ME? :)
