    i have xbox 360 and i have gold account. i was able to dl pinata but this month i am not able to dl the xb1 games Volgarr and chariot. i do not have xb1 yet but i do plan on getting one. i usedo be able to dl xb1 games. have they changed it? if that is
    the case i might as well get a ps4 instead of xb1 since sony lets u dl ps4 games even though i dont have a ps4 yet. i do have a ps3 and ps2

    Maybe, but I find it hard to believe thats really the case.

    Really, you're(not you specifically 24) telling people you're not supporting Sony despite PAYING ACTUAL MONEY to use their service. This in turns helps other companies indirectly.

    The only people who really have a problem with this are corporate shills who think the Publishers and what not are entitled to everything once their product is released on the marketplace.

    Hi, the reason you can't download the games, is because you have not got an xbox one yet. But you can still goto the marketplace on xbox.com and purchase them for free, and they will be ready to download when you get your xbox one.

    And I just tried to dl the 360 game with gold game and it also won't let me. I have a gold accnt and its active.

    I am sure it is totally different now... we can go back to the HOME GOLD issue... I buy a game... I install it to my HOME GOLD XB1.. The only people with access to that game now.. will need to be sitting at my HOME GOLD XB1... However... I can go anywhere
