    Xb1 game clips not loading in message


    So I take a game clip, it records, no stutters, I upload, it's on my activity feed but whenever anyone of my friends try to view the clip on my feed or through a message they cant load it it comes up something like "error clip not found" now I've tried calling
    my ISP I upgraded internet speed, I try sending it through my mobile phone, I tried sending it on a different internet connection but still no one can view it is this something I can fix or is this just simple wear and tear? day one console here.

    I cant save my clips i get the same error message. Also is MS aware that you can easily delete the wrong clips if you dont wait a 2 seconds for the clip menu to load. If you start scrolling before it is completely loaded it will choose another clip in the
    background and delete that one. Please fix this.

    Hey AP4RK, thanks for posting your question here on the forums. I understand you can't view the game clips your friend sent to you. Sorry you're dealing with this trouble!

    Are you on PC or console?

    Do you see any error messages? Are you able to load game clips sent from other friends?

    Try loading the game clips from a different device. Also, reinstall the Xbox App. If it's occurring across multiple devices, try loading the clip from a different WiFi network or mobile hotspot.

    Cant even play offline game on XB1. As game syncs with XB1 LIVE server to sync up games saves or what not. All game are stuck at Syncing or Loading screen!
