XB1 freezes when playing Iron Brigade

I'm having issue playing Iron Brigade. My game keeps freezing my Xbox One after between 30 mins-2 hours of gameplay. When I play the dlc for the game it happens quite often, more often than the vanilla content (standard non dlc).

Not only but when I turn on my Xbox one now after playing Iron Brigade my xbox one will have a slow start up time loading the apps on the dashboard. I feel frustrated and bit worried at the same time of what I'm experiencing. I think it'll slowly hurt my
xbox. Pls help

According to @XboxSupport on Twitter, Iron Brigade isn't even available to South Africa in the first place on the Xbox marketplace. So obviously someone done messed up.

 

What I would suggest is delete the game, and Power Cycle your console, see here how to do that!

Scroll to this: Physically power cycle the console and follow the steps in there and redownlaod the game!

I wouldn't worry that much, it may be an emulation problem that occured with the game! If that doesn't work I would guide you to the Xbox Support!

I have tries power cycling and redownloadibg the game again, it still doesn't work. Could this game be ported poorly because this issue is happening to everyone that plays iron brigade on Xbox one. I talked to almost everyone in matchmaking and my friends
and they said the same thing.

I see you already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game. Let's have you try clearing your Xbox 360 local storage on your Xbox One console. Start at your Xbox One dashboard:

• Open the Guide menu
• Scroll down to Settings
• Select all Settings
• Scroll down to System
• Navigate over to Storage
• Select "Clear local Xbox 360 storage"

Let's see if that helps at all.

 

I have tried clearing the 360 storage. I even when on to clear my network MAC settings and clear persistent storage on the blue ray drive. Anything that has to do with clearing any kind of caches or storage save I have tried. This game just always comes
firing back with the freezes and screen issues. I tried powercycling and still didn't work.

I even tried talking to a very one I know if they had the issue resolved on Xbox 1 and they said no. This issue isn't just happening to me but everyone else too. I think the there was a mistake with porting the game to the Xbox one. There has to be an update
with the game.

If clearing the cache didn't work, let's try this next.

• Uninstall the game
  
• Factory reset your Xbox One console using the "keep my games and apps" option
  
• Reinstall and try again
