    XB1 freezes when I hit home button between matches...


    My XB1 freezes when I hit home button between matches. To be specific if its going back to the "between matches" screen after a match has ended and i hit the home button it will freeze the whole thing.

    Store freezing.

    Greetings. When I go anywhere in the store, right now trying to purchase car packs for Forza 5, when I hit a button the store freezes. None of the buttons on the controller work, have to hit the home button to get back home, at which time the store resets
    itself. Any ideas?

    Xbox One Keyboard freezes

    We first had this problem last year when the only game we owned was batman, we tried a new controller after a hard reset and it didn't help 'home screen button doesn't respond and virtual keyboard freeze, cant type cant return home'.

    We eventually replaced the entire xb1 with a new 1tb version, all new from plug to tv! we STILL had the same problem on many games 'home screen button doesn't respond and virtual keyboard freeze, cant type cant return home'.

    this is clearly a problem in the xb1 software effected by install problems. XB1 needs to take this seriously and fix it, we have to hard reset every few hours!

    How do I sign out of Destiny on the Xbox One?

    Same way works for all games on XB1 and IS SAFE.

    Press the XBOX button to go to home, then with the application (game) window highlighted hit the menu button (old start button) select close application.

    Works with anything on XB1
