Xb1 free games

Hi im new to all this as i made the jump with the massive upgrade from the ps3 to the xb1

If this is the wrong place im sorry as i dont exactly know where this should go or what to search for

Its just that i bought a pre paid code for 3 months live and entered the code and everything went smooth and in my account it says i have live until may so its all worked. However, on the main screen it has a box saying to go gold and when i click on it
it takes me to the buy live page instead of the months free games. Can anyone tell me why i cant access the free games area?

Games with Gold... is it on XB1?

just got an XB1, I had a 360 and enjoyed the Free games a month. just wanted to know if this service apply's to Xb1 also?

It sometimes take time for everything to sync up. Try clearing the history and cache on your browser. Also, keep in mind even though the games are free you will need a payment method of file in order to "purchase" the free games for gold. Nothing will
be charged it just goes through the payment system with a cost of $0.00. Let us know.

Actually payment methods are only required for purchasing 360 games from the website. So that wouldn't be an issue at all with the One games.

You can also try searching for the games in the store on the console to see if they show as free for you there (currently would be Zheros and Hands of Fate). You're definitely showing as gold here so you can also purchase them from xbox.com and they should
download to your console as well.
