XB1 Fallout3 & Fallout New Vegas

I have digital copies of all the DLC's there is for both games, on my xbox one the only DLC that ever shows up is is Broken steel for Fallout 3, in order to play any of the DLC's i have to fire up my 360 and play on there i kinda thought the backward compat would include all DLC's they do not show up on my xbox one in any way apart from Broken Steel. Has anyone got any ideas how to get it them to be playable, thanks in advance.

i have a previous un answered attempt here please do feel free to actually bother with an explanation as all steps from previous question were followed also done prior to them being posted by the pointless "help"

It's basically like fallout was to new vegas. Except New vegas wasn't as good as fallout3 where as skyrim is the best game out point blank right now.

I see you have multiple gamertags which own different games and DLC, correct?

Please help me understand all the DLC you have access to on the Xbox 360, and all the DLC you have access to on the Xbox One for each title.

Since you own them on multiple accounts, please make sure to check every account as you compile this list (I'm sure you already have, this is just to be more thorough).
