Xb1 elite console

Discus and support Xb1 elite console in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hi just recently upgraded from 500gb xb1 to the elite,I set up the console and all went ok,I've set up me kinect and everything just fine but it wont...     hi just recently upgraded from 500gb xb1 to the elite,I set up the console and all went ok,I've set up me kinect and everything just fine but it wont send power on or off comand to my soundbar its all set up works well with voice commands etc its set to
    toggle on device power and wont turn off or on when powering off or on,my tv fine,sat box fine all work with power comand just wandering if anyone as had this issue,all devices worked well on my 500gb cant understand why the elite.ive system cleared disconected
    kinect and set it up again and still nothing.

    Thanks, I'll see how I go with contacting support and if they can verify.

    I messaged a few sellers on eBay and Gumtree that listed XB1 Elite 1TB consoles and they all advised the Model of the console was 1540 the same as what I have here. Also the same as a standard non-SSHD console.

    I'm certain that that is the only difference with the console. I'm just wanting to double check if I got what I actually purchased. I only recently purchased this Xbox One Elite from EB Games, as a used console (complete with the Elite controller), to replace
    my Xbox One S 2TB. The reason being that I purchased a Kinect unit with the intention of using and then found out that the XB1 S 2TB doesn't have the Kinect connection. I tried finding an adapter but the only options were third party knock off units which
    were more expensive that Microsoft used to sell the genuine item, or if I found a genuine one it was priced at almost the same price as I paid for this Elite console! Once the Seagate Game Drive arrives I will move my content over from the XB1 S 2TB onto the
    XB1 Elite 1TB and then sell that off.

    I've bought the elite xb1,I upgraded from the 500gb at Christmas,I must say it's faster and with the elite controller a great bundle ☺

    Honestly I think the only thing different really between them was the 1 TB Hybrid HDD

    The Xbox One controllers are poorly built

    ^ Well yeah but it's super nice for someone that doesn't like the DS4. I have XB1 controllers on my xb1/360, ps3/4 with the help of the cronusmax. I think the XB1 controller design is easily the best design since consoles existed. The Elite shares my Xb1
    and Ps4, the Halo shares the 360/Ps3. I've only had problems on the Day Once controller, it was poorly built and insides were quite visible, I fixed it myself and now this one is never used.

    I have the exact same problem with my XB1 Elite Console that I picked up yesterday 11/6/2015. Hopefully they can resolve this immediately... let's be patient for a little while. I'm sure they know what's up.
