XB1 download issue

Discus and support XB1 download issue in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've downloaded the game 3 times and it always goes back to 104mb's.     I've downloaded the game 3 times and it always goes back to 104mb's. I have plenty of space for the game.

    Games with Gold missing

    I'm having the same issue. Was purchasing/reserving the Games with Gold for XB1 since April and just got my XB1 last month. Was able to get August's and this month's free games no problem but was unable to download anything from before then.

    Unable to download Xbox360 profile to Xbox One

    We are having this issue also.. the exact same thing as the OP... wont download 360 profile and says unable to connect to xbox live..

    have been trying everything for weeks.,... this is an upgrade to an xb1s from a previous basic xb1... on the old xb1 it used to work fine...

    XB1 download issue

    try doing a hard reset on the console by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug it for a couple minutes then plug it back in and power back on and try it again.

    My nat is nat type 2/open. Once it got to around 40% if then downloaded fully within minutes. Not sure why it downloads slow in the beginning.

    I have 30 down and 5 up and fifa took me less than 5 minutes to update yesterday. Your network is messed up.

    It's your NAT. Xbox One should be blasting through in those speeds. At 15MBps I can download an update within 5 minutes. I can play on US servers for Titanfall without issue.
