    Xb1 disconnecting and reconnecting


    I don't what it wrong with my Xb1 or if it's my internet (though I just replaced the router) but It will not stay connected . If I try loading the store it'll say try again later then it'll disconnect from Xbox live . when I use Microsoft edge it'll crash
    The app..it refuses to stay connected

    Disconnect your XBOX or XB1 from the internet and you will get functionality back, but of course xbox live services won't be available until they resolve the issue. Once the XBOX Live issue is resolved you can reconnect your xbox to the internet.
