Discus and support XB1 Day1 Edit. Wont read disc unless tilted at odd angles in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I never really had the buzzing sound problem but all my new games have been a pain to put in and get it to play/spin the disc.     I never really had the buzzing sound problem but all my new games have been a pain to put in and get it to play/spin the disc. HELP XB1 Day1 Edit. Wont read disc unless tilted at odd angles :(

    Disc tray

    My xbox one console will not let me put disc in unless it's off but when it goes in it wont read any disc after that it wont let me get the disc back unless the console is off. Please somebody help me i couldnt get it fixed and i have a new game that i cant
    play.

    Xbox One won't take any disks!!!

    i don't know if you ever got it working but what works for me is the tilt method. Just tilt the front of the X1 up to about a 45 degree angle and then put in the disc. Works every time for me.

    Only tilted map I know is Overpass. Thats the main reason I dont play any type of game on that map

    Any chance you're playing in 3D? I noticed it gave a slanted feel to some areas in campaign. (I don't use the 3D a lot, as the resolution drop is sometimes pretty noticeable.)
