    XB1 Controller Continuously Blinking


    My controller that came with my Forza 6 edition XB1 stopped working completely. All it does is blink. It will blink continuously until I either pull out the battery pack or unplug the micro USB cord. Even having it manually plugged in with the micro USB
    the XB1 will not detect the controller. I've tried everything from unplugging the power supply and letting it recycle to resetting the hardware on the XBOX. I went to the Web page to service my controller and the XBOX is still under warranty and the controller
    that came packaged with it is not?!?. If anyone has had this happen or might have a solution I would be greatly appreciated.

    XBOX one controller can't find my computer

    I'm using "xbox one S controller" with "wireless adapter" on Windows 10. I usually don't plug out wireless adapter and turn off controller manually.

    But every time I reboot my computer, controller don't connect with computer automatically. ( After I turn on the controller, X button on controller is blinking continuously.)

    Oddly if I plug out and plug in wireless adapter again, connection is established.

    I don't want to do this troublesome process every time I play the game.

    FYI I already update my controller setting up-to-date.

    Anybody can give me an advice?

    XboxOne light constantly flashing while power is on.

    WTH

    I have the AdvancedWarfare XboxOne console. Been thru Microsoft service center twice.2 weeks ago XB1 console light started blinking while power to console was on. Now its constantly blinking. Im able to play games.videos.apps etc...should I be concerned
    about this light now constantly blinking?

    Check some of the other threads you are no alone I have a very similar problem and so do a lot of other people,there seems to be no real fix because it appears to a software issue not your controller.

    Unfortunately those don't help.

    I've now also tried reinstalling the device driver (with a system restart) and the same issue persists.

    Laptop works fine per the setup link you listed: "The controller LED will blink while it's connecting. Once it connects, the LED on the adapter and controller both go solid."

    However, for the desktop, the controller continues to blink, and then does not connect.

    Thanks for the reply.

    In effect i think it's normal the controller blinks some times after a full shutdown but in my case when the described issue occurs the controller continues to blink during about 2 or 3 minutes after shutdown and i do not think it's normal.

    But the main trouble is the random reboot or random full shutdown when i put xbox in sleep mode. This should not happen because the instant start-up is selected in the settings...
