Thanks for replying to keep us updated. It seems that you entered a code that enabled Xbox Live Gold but you say that you are having difficulty playing games that require the subscription, if I'm correct. If your console isn't recognizing the subscription
as being active, what you can try is
removing your profile from the console, restarting the console and then re-adding your profile.

When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
