    Xb One S controller not switching on


    So I was in the middle of a game while charging my controller when it suddenly turned off and hasn't turned on since. I tried connecting it to the xbox with a usb cable after a full power cycle but nothing happened. It just isn't
    responding at all. Whether I try a usb cable or the battery pack nothing happens. I suspect it is no longer receiving power. Any thoughts?

    xb one controller. wont charge usb charger. works fine in other. controller

    Have you tried plugging it into a wall outlet with the USB cable or even a different USB cable? Second, have you tried removing and re-inserting the battery pack or using regular batteries?

    I have tried a wall socket. Haven't tried batteries but I don't think it will work because I used to be able plug and play without even using batteries or a battery pack. Now it just isn't responding to any sort of charging cable

    Okay so I've tried batteries now and the only response I get is a flash or two from the home button but it won't stay on

    hey man... if the charge and play works on one controller and not the other, it's quite possible that the controller could have an issue. When you plug it into the console with the controller turned off completely, does the controller vibrate and turn on,
