XB 1 Power Supply stays on

Does anybody notice a fan sound from the Power Supply running while the XB1 is off. I know it needs to cool down after gaming, but It runs all night. I have to unplug it at night when I'm done gaming. I don't think this is normal. Should I contact support

Power supply stays green

I just had this problem and it is freaking me out for some reason when i turn off my 360 the power supply stays green and the middle light on the 360 flashes green also,is something wrong with my 360?

can you use and xbox 360 power supply for the one

They both have two round ending tips and connect into a power supply but id imagine the xb one power supply uses up more that's why I'm asking.

it you have your console set for instant on (where you can say xbox on), the power supply is always running (and show a white light). If it is loud when off, see if you can get a replacement. mine in instanton (but off) mode was very loud, second one is
very quiet.

otherwise you can set it to not be instant on in the settings, and the console will shut all the way down and be silent, but you won't get back ground updates, be able use say "Xbox on" and boot times will be longer.(ps will show orange light)

Guess what XBox One users..... there is NO power supply available thru Microsoft. They no longer a replacement power supply. They checked stock twice, and the final response is: they DO NOT support this 'old device'.

This is the phone response today, when we called the 1.800 'service center' in Jamaica. They simply want XB-1 users to buy the new consoles.
