X360 games to X1

So im certain this is not a new, or, undiscussed question by any means, and if there are 100 posts on this already, I apologize in advance for the lack of research. Does anyone know, if Microsoft has released any info about possibility of X360 games being
able to run on the 1 in the future? If nothing official, what do yal ( im from WV if its not obvious ) think about it actually becoming a possiblity? I love my 360's, and will get an X1 in the near future, i just cant bring myself to start over building an
archive of games just yet when i have so many i like, and play constantly already. So my hope is to wait it out and be able to play both on one console....or am I just wizzin in the wind?

Will racing wheels be recognized from games in backwards compaitbility mode?

This is NOT what I was asking.

I was asking, if I can use X1 accessories on X1 for X360 games.

NOT id I can use X360 accessories on X1 for X1 games (or x360 games).

 

Fable II Backwards Compatibility

I'm sorry, but ...... why can you start a new game on the XBox 1, transfer it on the 360 and can play it ( if the saves are corrupted ? )

Already tried some ways like :

--- On the X360 ---

Created X360 : Ok

Created X1 : Ok

Created X360 and played X1 : Ok

--- One the X1 ---

Created X1 : Ok

Created X360 : NOk

Created X1 and played X360 : NOk

The problem is just coming from the emulation of the Fable II / Fable II DLC ....

 

There's been no official word on if/when backwards compatibility will come to the One.

Personally I'm fine either way. It would be more convenient, but I still have a huge backlog of games on my 360 so I'm not retiring it anytime soon.

 

No official word and I don't think it will ever happen to be honest. The Xbox One maybe all new and updated, but it's not powerful enough to emulate the Xbox 360. Even a high end PC with the latest Core i7 processor would struggle

Microsoft may launch their own streaming service similar to Sony's PlayStation Now in the future. But as for popping your Xbox 360 games in the One and having them play, forget it, it won't be happening I'm afraid.

Buy an Xbox One and keep your 360.

 

The main reason I haven't even considered getting an Xbox One is the lack of backwards compatibility. There are far too many games still to play on my 360 for me to abandon it wholesale and start all over again on the One.

To make it worse (or better, depending on how you look at it), Games with Gold keeps offering up games I want to play, for free on the 360, but not on the One

 

Sorry, but you're just "spitting in the WV Wind." OP.

Far more profitable for developers to make $ off of remastered games than it is to just allow Backwards Compatibility.

 

Wasn't the official word that there isn't going to be backwards compatibility? Either way, we'll see some Xbox 360 games show up, but as digital games and possibly updated versions.

 

It's now been confirmed that there will be backwards compatibility on the X1
