X360 Broke my game!

Today i were playing battlefield 4, and suddenly a message popped up and said Disc Unreadable. It has 7 circles scratched into it.

Is there any possibilities of getting the game without bying a new copy of it? I really dont want to buy new one...

X1, I love my X360 before the X1 but after doing all the thing the X1 can do that the X360 cant. Like where i can be waiting for a match and i can open up youtube and watch it with out closing my game or youtube. The UI was broken at release and hated it,
But since they fix it i love the XB1 UI.

The circle scratches are caused when the disc is in the console and the console is moved while you are playing on it. If the console is standing on end then I recommend laying it flat to prevent this in the future.

Now, you have two options here:

1. You can follow the steps at the link below to replace the disc. There is a small fee for the disc replacement through this program.

2. You can try borrowing a friends disc and installing the game to your hard drive. After that you would only need your disc for verification purposes.

Hi wujitsu77, the link that onyx gave you is only for Microsoft published games. You need to contact EA Games to get a replacement, as they published the game. This link should give you the info you need to get a replacement. http://help.ea.com/en/article/electronic-arts-warranty-policy/

 

You'll need to purchase a new game. The damage was not the fault of EA so they don't have to replace it I'm afraid. It was the fault of the user or someone else since someone either bumped into the console or someone tried to move it while the disc was spinning.

As stated in other replies, game rings/scratches are almost always caused by user error. Moving the console while in-use, bumping, even a tug on the cords the wrong way can damage the disc during usage. If none of this occurred, your Xbox 360 / Xbox One
(wasn't specified) might have a CD/DVD drive hardware issue.
