    Hello,

    I have just bought X360 in rummage sale and the latter is to protect by a parental control.

    By searching on the Internet I saw that there was a manipulation has to make by going to parameters of the console then the information system:

    Disconnect your hard and other Disks memory cards.

    Go to System - > Parameters of the console - > Information System (at the very bottom) and rest(support) on In.

    Enter the following sequence: LT, RT, X, LB, RB, X, Straight, left(Straight, awkward,Right, left,Right, awkward) (with the cross of direction(management) of the environment(middle), not the analog sticks).

    And, miracle, a message suggests you resetting the parameters of the console, and you do not have more than to accept!

    Except that the problem is that every console has its unique(only) code...

    What is what somebody of Sav Xbox can answer me? This joins(contacts) a photo of the interface of the console and the label has the arriere of the latter.

    Plz help me!

    Hey there Pie!

    It sounds like he's being blocked from purchasing content by a parental control to me. I would suggest taking a look at this page (support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-parental-control)
    and then take a look at the parental controls placed on your son's account and see if that's blocking him from being able to purchase DLC and such.

    in order to reset a family passcode you will need to contact Xbox Support, They will need the serial ID of the console and will do something on their end, after which they will guide you through the steps to reset it on your end.

    With the Netflix update, parental control blocks the Netflix app. Before, parental control blocked individual movies on Netflix which is how it should work.

    As someone said once, if people get too many parental control options, the number of people playing on Xbox Live will start to lower and Microsoft can't let that happen. Oooh, no! I bet that's why they took a step backward with the parental controls on X1
