X360 Achievements Glitching?

I was playing Gotham City about an hour ago and gained an achievement - yay!

Anyway, every time an achievement pops I click the center Xbox button so read which one it was - blah blah I was waiting for it to load and it kept me on the loading screen for a while.

So.. I exited out of that and went back in to read it.. little to know that there's no more thumbnail for Gotham City but there's a thumbnail for every other game.. also when I click it, the achievements are all mixed up, it shows for the first three that they're
locked, then maybe the third is unlocked, still no thumbnail - and it shows that that particular achievement is worth something like 396548904 G and shows I obtained each of the ones I've unlocked on 5/5/2262. But when I look at my overall Gamerscore
it still shows 25540 (on 360 right now).

Anyone experience this before? What's happening?

Problem solved, achievement from X360 are very helpful in this case. Thx all.

 

Lost Achievements

Someone, please help. A long time ago before I had LIVE I completed a lot of games on my 1st X360, that X360 has since long died and when I joined LIVE I lost some of my early achievements from that dead X360. Worse even when I replay those games I can't
get the achievements again.

Please help, it bugs me not being able to get some of this easy achivements

 

Hey mate, what's it saying on this website? xbox.com is where all our profile and achievement information is held, so when you re-download your profile to your console it comes from this website.

So if you're seeing those achievements not unlocked on the website, unfortunately I'd suggest deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile.

Delete and re-download profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear system cache:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

and it should download your latest profile from the website, the only thing to note is that if the achievement isn't showing on xbox.com you WILL have to re-earn that achievement(s) for it to show up again as normal. Hope this helps.

 

I did gain the achievement from Gotham City.. just the achievements page for Gotham City is messed up. /: Don't want to get banned because of this when I did nothing wrong. x: Don't see that happening though.

You won't get banned mate as this stuff happens, I've had to personally re-earn some achievements as they didn't show up on xbox.com so if the console profile doesn't match the xbox website the missing achievements on the website are the ones you will have
to re-earn.

Although there is the possibility that there is a different issue, keep us posted anyway.

 

it takes about 24 hours for a update to go thorough on xboxlive to the main page/achievements etc. if it did not go through then check here:
http://enforcement.xbox.com and see if there is anything reset or enforcement your profile
