X360 Account Recovery Question

Hello Guys, first I'd like to say if this is in the wrong section please move it, I don't know if it is or not. My 360 has been messing up a lot lately and I was referred to a page where a guy told us to follow some steps: Delete your profile, Clear your
cache 3 times, Turn off your xbox and finally, Restart it then Recover your account. That sounds like it would work but my question is, would following those steps delete all my dlc and dlc items I have bought?

Locked out of my acct!

There is absolutely no other way to get the account back if you cannot answer their questions on the account recovery form.

IF you delete profile and items you could lose saved data, but not you will not lose your DLC, plus if you do delete them you can always get them back in the download history.

Sorry I meant my Xbox 360 profile through account recovery.

I just tried to recover my X360 account on the 360 and it just failed with the same error message 8483000E.

On the Xbox One trying to recover my X360 profile..... IT WORKED!!!! I CANT BELIEVE IT!!!!!!

Sorry for the excitement! I am typing this in real time!

Trying to do the same now on the X360 console.....

If someone changed the data you originally had as your primary email, it will be very difficult for you to get your account back.

Please try to follow the hacked or compromised account recovery guidelines of this tool:

If you somehow find the new email address associated with your account, fill out the recovery form with that information.

I am Lumie and I would love to assist you today.

I am so sorry you are having issues recovering your Xbox account.

It is not possible to have more than one Xbox account to an email address as they are intrinsically linked.

The best place to start is to search through your information to find connected emails. You can do that here: [https://account.live.com/username/recover] by inputting related data.

Once you have created a portfolio of connected accounts, you can try to recover them individually.

Please keep in mind, it is not possible for a Microsoft agent to recover an account for you. It must be done with the prompts given when you attempt to sign in.

yes it will work, you just have to select the iCloud as your storage device once you recover your account to the other xbox
