    Hello, since today I'm having very wierd issues with my xbox one x.

    - First I can't open the Settings app, everytime I try, it show me the logo then back to the homescreen.

    - Also, when creating a party (or joining), as soon my microphone get detected, the party will freeze for a second then the quick left menu will reset to homescreen, removing the party etc. If I don't plug
    a mic the party don't glitch.

    Those issues just happened today, most been playing Borderlands 3 for a few days.

    I can play games just fine tho.

    I tryed everything possible, hard reset, factory reset while removing all apps still doesn't work.

    I somehow managed to fix the issue by enrolling my bugged X1X to the preview insider program and applying the lasted build of the beta circle that I was part of since X1 launch. (I didn't want to enroll my X1X to not risk anything).

    Still weird [Mod Removed] bugs, and the solution is even more strange but It worked. I'm lucky I was still part of the preview program after not contributing for 2 years.

    Hopefully this glitch doesn't comes back.

    I can't remove account on the Xbox since I can't access the Settings to do so.

    I did a factory reset multiple times, and managed to do one without adding any account too.

    Nothing worked.

    Those issues are really pissing me off, why is the Settings app not opening ? every games works fine.

    Why does opening a party with anything plugged into the jack makes the dashboard crash ?

    This is insanity.

    I wish there was a way to do a real factory reset, without keeping the systems update.

    Have you removed your profile from the console and the performing a hard reset/power cycle and then adding your profile again?

    what i did to help crashes was to disable ray tracing in graphics settings and disable microphone in audio settings, for some reason both of those settings causes forza to crash alot
