    X1s System Update in beginning is not finising. therefore not allowing me to play whatsoever.


    I just bought a brand new xbox one s and it will not let me go to any thing. it wont apply the update after downloading. it wont let me finish startup and play. i cant even get to the point where i make a microsoft account. any help or pointers? i just wanna
    play some games and it wont even set itself up

    Sea of thieves - Update error/won’t update

    Everytime an upload is required, multiple x multiple failures before allowing update and therefore able to play.

    Again today, errors 08xb050033 / 08xb050069 with ‘update needed but we can’t get it at the moment’.

    Not sure if this is game, connection, me?

    What happens when you try to update your Xbox One S console? Do you get a particular error message or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you can provide to us? Also take a peek at the

    system update troubleshooting guide     and follow the steps provided there.

    Egg. X1's direct competitor (Forum gods want allow me to say it on here) don't need to do that.

    I've played one in a rural home, and without any net services whatsoever.

    X1's main rival's Blu Ray optics will run it's latest games without "installing" (Thanks Icestorm) the game to the HDD.

    So if the X1's main competitor can play the latest, and newest games directly from the optical drive. Why can't the X1??

    Can't process the update...

    It is a system update. Therefore I am not allowed to download my profile because I can't connect to Xbox Live without this update. Clearing the system cache does nothing.

    Xbox One NOT Downloading the Update Automatically

    Mine is not updating either. The whole "automatic" nature of the X1 is beginning to annoy me. Everything system related is automated. Saves, memory management, system and game updates, etc.

    I am in the hopes that this update will fix the online connectivity issues the X1 has. Opening all the ports, and messing with the router settings shouldn't be necessary if my router works perfectly on my 360, PS3 and PC. My Router is UPnP is on and should
    do all that stuff automatically as it does for the 360 and Ps3.

    It still won't allow me to download the profile because it says there is a system update available from Xbox Live, but I cannot connect to Live, therefore I cannot download the update. What should I do? Any help appreciated.
