As stated in detail section of question: the add on was not found in the purchase history. This looks to be an issue with the Microsoft store not having that package as an available download. It needs to be able to be redownloaded. I cannot see any of the purchases of esoteric scrolls in my add-on section of the game how I use to. I will not be the only one having this problem, but Xbox customer service do their best to be unreachable or give irrelevant answers that have already been denied.

Game was crashing upon logging on or even attempting to log into it. Reset console and reinstalled game completely. After reinstall was done shinobi striker was stating that I was missing a file named “esoteric scrolls x15”. I cannot enter the game without either completely deleting all progression or download a file that is not available to download. Not through the Xbox game store, shinobi striker game store, or purchase history. Online forums said the issue was with a game pass perk that gave out the “moonlight scrolls x15”. But I am unable to find them in the game pass perks as well. I just don’t want to be able to play my game without being kicked out or blocked by files I am unable to retrieve.

I know that I have seen a file in there before that said “moonlight scrolls x15” as well as other variations of the moonlight scrolls I have purchased or been granted in the past as well in the download list. Not a single one of those appears in the list. Appearing to be a recent change that may be causing this problem

Problem has been escalated from what Microsoft customer support have said. Issue report has been report to Bandai Namco as well. It is my “CelticNickC” account specifically that is being help back by this “esoteric scrolls x15” file not being reachable.

Excluding profile:

It is easy to remove a Microsoft account from Xbox One console as it is not necessary to sign in to the account. See how:

Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

Select System > Settings > Account > Remove Accounts.

Select the account to be removed, then select Remove to confirm.

When finished, select Close.

Clearing the cache:

Turn off your xbox, remove the source/cable from the socket and leave it like that for 2 minutes, then you can turn it on.

adding the account:

You can add your Microsoft account to any Xbox One console. See how:

Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

Select your gamerpic in the top left corner of the screen, scroll down and select Add New.

Enter the email address of the Microsoft account you want to add and select Enter.

Important Do not select Get a new account unless you want to. By selecting this option, you will create a new Microsoft account. If you've forgotten the email address associated with your Microsoft account, see Lost Account Solution.

Enter the password for the Microsoft account you want to add and select Enter.

Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Policy and select I Agree.

Follow the steps to configure Sign-in and Security Options to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox One console.

Resolved this error. It was a download connected to an account I was home sharing with. My current issue is my game crashing 99% of the time I click “sign in”. If I am able to get into the game I do not have a body, cannot change abilities, cannot change weapons, cannot change clothing, and missing other performance files as well. Viewable without body to other players as well, so it looks like I’m cheating. Fearful of being reported if I do try to play the game I paid to play. Xbox customer support supposedly escalated, but the support I have received from it has been a joke. Smfh.
