x1 wont play games just dashbording

I have had my x1 threw dec and it was working fine till jan installs for 2k14 DR3 f'ed up my systeam now it runs my games for 5 sec then dashboards what is going on i have tried all the hard resets cold boots in the world none of that worked wat is
going on MS i have payed for xbox live that i cant use i need a fix like now!

That when you fail to join the army because dashbording is not an escape route

 

Will backward Compatibility work with Xbox 360 Games with Gold?

AS LONG as the game is on the list.. if it does not make the BC list, then it wont play on the X1

 

Hi Erock, I know you said you tried restes, but do it this way: With the console on, press and hold the power button on the console for 5-8 seconds until it shuts off. Unplug the power supply, wait about 30 seconds and then plug it in and reboot. You should
see the green splash screen upon reboot. It may take a minute to boot all the way to the home screen. If you did not see the green Xbox splash screen, please redo it. Then sign in and try.

If this does not work let us know.

 

Thanks busgod for helping me out but sadly rebooting my system doesnt seem to work either idk wat 2 try now

 

Hi Erock- Sorry it didn't help. Do all your games do this? I would try tow more things: uninstall and re install the game (if is just one doing it) If that don't work, I would look into resetting the X1 to system defaults. Here is the link for that
(that would be my last resort though- you will have to re install everything you have on your machine)
