X1 will not connect to Destiny or The Division

My Xbox will not connect to Destiny or The Division. I get both the message that there are connectivity issues. According Destiny, with the error code: "marionberry" and The Division should I restart my network and the Xbox. Both I've tried, but was unsuccessful.

Normally, one would assume that there is no connection to the Internet, but I can buy and download games, watch videos, etc. As the online games do not work. I tried also the general solutions as open ports, restart network and Xbox, account log off and
log on. No proposal has changed somewhat.

The only solution that works is if I set the console to factory settings and all the games, Accounts etc. delete and install Destiny again. Only then I can play Destiny until I turn off the console. The next time Destiny regains not connect.

Possibly has anyone had the same problem and can tell me what I can do.

After seeing: Destiny, Watch Dogs, The Devision, Metal Gear Solid

The Division, Destiny, MGSV, and a lot more X1 games are not coming out until next year, so you can probably start hyping BF4 again.

 

Deciding whether to get xbox one oor not

Destiny and Titan are coming to x1 and x360. The division Next gen only. 3 and 4 PS4 only .

 

Have you tried to delete and download your profile again?, sometimes there can be some issues with the profile that make it look as a network issue

 

I have used these instructions to delete my profile:

a)To remove the account from xbox live console:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Under "Account," select Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove.

Select Remove to confirm.

When you're finished, select Close.

b) To clear cache on an Xbox One:

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

Plug the power cable back into the console.

Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

Turn on the console using the power button.

c)To download your Xbox profile to the Xbox One console:

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

2. Scroll down, and then select Add & manage.

3. Select Add new.

4. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that's associated with your Xbox profile, and then select Enter.

5. Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.

6. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

7. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences and download your Xbox profile to your Xbox One console.

 

Solution

The problem was with the DNS. I did not let the DNS automatically create, but they have set manually. Primary DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 Secondary DNS. Then go offline and perform a soft reset on the console. Power adapter and wait until the power supply is
off. Then plug it back in everything and start the console. still make now the connection to online and continue playing. Thank customer service
