The Footsoldiers Union was created to facilitate communication and cooperation among independent Teams/small clans in the world of Xbox gaming. Through mutual trust, understanding and respect, we shall achieve victory and recognition our community, Achievements,
Our partnerships and our overall fun mature community.

As an Union, We adhere to the principles of self autonomy, cooperation, equality and solidarity. The teams/members that make up the Union are independent and self promoted, and we trust each team to act of its own free will. Teams / Small Clans who are looking
to join do so with the understanding that while autonomous that we all stand together in solidarity and offer aid to fellow teams/.members in any way that we can.

The overall success of the Union will rely on these principles of equal and voluntary membership. This means that no one Team/clan will stand above any other, and all alliance entities will remain self-governing and independent. Each Team within the union
will be able to cast one vote during Union polls and no single team will have more voting power than any other. All Union decisions that affect the everyone as a whole, shall be discussed among all Union leaders and taken to a vote if necessary.

By Joining The FU you agree that:

- You are at least 16 years of age. Uness you are approved by one of our admins.

- You will not use any service we provides for illegal purposes.

- You will not misrepresent yourself as under 18 if you are over the age of 18.

- You will not misrepresent yourself as over 18 if you are under the age of 18.

- You will not misrepresent yourself with false facts.

- You will not share your password with anyone else or give to a third party for any reason.

- You will respect every user even if they are not part of the union

- You will not troll bait or flame chat box, forums or any other news or blogs
