X1 "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" Digital Preorder - received wrong 2nd bonus ...

The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
a link that directed me here.

Hello, i have received my codes for rainbow six vegas 1 and 2 via xbox messaging however the rainbow six vegas 2 code was exactly the same as the rainbow six vegas 1 code, which i have redeemed. could support help me with this issue please as i really would
have liked both games considering it was one of my main reasons for pre-ordering siege.

 

i have the same thing! two messages with the same code both for vegas 1 even tho the other says for vegas 2, and i have vegas 1 as well.

me to Microsoft support who in turn directed me here. So please help me!

same here, i spoke to MS customer service who directed me to ubisoft support who just gave me an indirect answer about the beta being finished now. no help whatsoever regarding my duplicate vegas codes.

 

i got my codes for the 360 version of vegas 1&2 but they're both the same and i already own vegas 1 so it wont let me download it
