    New Xbox One, Sad owner....

    Really....... you made the assumption that ALL your 360 games would work on the X1.... or is this a feeble attempt for a pity preview program invite...??

    Chat issues with headset (NXOE)

    I had both a stock and headset with adapter. And yeah it works with my brothers X1 console. And factory reset didn't help. Am part of the preview program could that be a factor in this

    Updates!!!!

    Perhaps he is a over-the-road truck driver and uses a hot spot to play, thus doesn't have unlimited data? My PS4 seems to need a update just as much as the X1, and I'm in the preview program with the One.
