    X1 no longer powers on/off my audio receiver since new update!


    before the update I had no issues. Since the update it seems it does not send a signal to my samsung sound bar anymore. I was able to get it to send a signal when turning the x1 on by disabling the "instant on" option and restarting but when turning the
    x1 off it doesn't send a signal. I have a samsung hwf450 and have had no issues until receiving the new update. I tried calling support and after re running all the trouble shooting I had already done they still could not help me. What's going on here!

    Hey everyone hoping to get some help. I am not sure if this has to do with the update but my X1 stopped turning on and off my audio receiver. Volume and mute commands still work. this morning the audio receiver stopped turning on and off when I turn power
    my X1. Cable box and tv still work fine. Everything has worked perfect since I got my X1 in early January.

    My setup is:

    X1 HDMI into Samsung HWD550/ZA HDMI into Samsung LED

    Xbox One no longer turns off my audio receiver after Feb. 2014 update

    After the latest update, my Xbox One no longer turns off my audio receiver. It turns it on just fine and controls the volume, but no longer turns it off along with my TV when I turn off my Xbox. Anyone else having this issue? It worked totally fine before
    the update.

    I have a Samsung HW-E550 audio receiver.

    Boocif. Maybe I will try the same model number that you used. Lol Will try this tonight. You mentioned that this is an older receiver. Is it hooked up through Hdmi, optical or Left and right av cables?
